A Professional Workshop Exploring the Correlation Between Employee Happiness and Better Clinical Care

In the last decade or so, employees feeling disgruntled and burned out has become the norm in the behavioral healthcare industry, rather than the exception. What would it be like if the focus of work was helping employees feel happier so they, in turn, could do their best work with clients?

The truth is that happier companies are more creative, productive, and as a result, more successful. Since research shows that job satisfaction and happiness at work are more about shared results and relationships than promotions or paychecks, it’s vital to create a culture where employees feel appreciated and part of a larger vision, in order to sustain and move a business to the next level. In this presentation, we’ll focus on specific, research-based techniques and tools that everyone can use to help raise the happiness quotient at work, and have fun while they’re doing it.
