You will receive communications from us if you are, or have been, a customer of the Action Institute of California.  If you wish to unsubscribe, we are sorry to see you go but be aware that you will not receive any more communications from us that include information about our upcoming workshops and trainings.  Please use the link in our MailChimp mailings to unsubscribe. If you decide to attend a workshop AFTER you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, we reserve the right to re-add you to our mailing list.

You have the right to ask us to remove all data that we hold on you that may be personally identifiable as an individual.  We reserve the right to hold information on your purchases for tax purposes for up to 10 years.

Our email service to you. We use Mailchimp which a professional, secure and notable email marketing company that allows us to track interaction, manage unsubscribes and access our data for GDPR compliance.

Support. Our website support system is part of MaddMarketing and as such they are our data controller and processor of all email communications within.  MaddMarketing will not email you personally or use your data in any identifiable way as the data is protected within a secure environment and allows us to offer support to customers. We will never share your data with third parties.

As a data controller we take your privacy seriously. We will never sell, rent or make available your data to anyone other than PayPal (our payment data processor) or government officials in line with US and State Law.
