Calming and Grounding in Difficult Times: A Free Webinar for Helping Professionals
Let’s face it – it’s a hard time to be a helping professional. Individual and collective anxiety is extremely high, and with good reason. In the last month, we’ve seen 2 terrorist attacks – one in New Orleans and one in Las Vegas – devastating fires in Los Angeles, 2 plane crashes, and the complete and total chaos of a new administration.
We’re living through one of the most challenging seasons in our lifetimes and holding space for others at the same time. While we’re doing our best to co-regulate our clients, who’s helping us settle our own nervous systems?
Join us for this FREE 1 hour webinar – for helping professionals only – that will offer tools from the modalities of Somatic Experiencing®, Psychodramatic Bodywork® and Transforming Touch®, to assist professionals to stay within their own window of presence. These tools can also serve as helpful interventions to use with clients in order, to expand their resources and help them remain more present.
Limited to 20 particiapants, so please register early.
