
Together, we co-create a mutually supportive environment for participants to explore their strengths – and their growing edges – when facilitating action in their work, and to encourage one another to expand their skills to better serve their clients and/or students.
Our monthly clinical consultations groups – which meet online for 2 hours each time via Zoom – provides clinicians with the support they need to facilitate psychodrama and/or experiential therapy with individuals, couples, groups, or families.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE
- Using sociometry in clinical work
- Facilitating sessions virtually
- Engaging clients using action
- Using experiential therapy/psychodrama in clinical work
- Building group psychotherapy skills
Our monthly PAT consultation group – which meets online for 2 hours each time via Zoom – provides PATs a safe and supportive place to step into, and improve their skills in the role of trainer.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE
- A place to develop and practice psychodrama training modules
- Support for the paradigm shift from practitioner to trainer
- Support for creating training group paperwork (informed consent, group guidelines and contract, etc)
- Consultation for trainer-related challenges (assessing appropriateness for training groups, etc)
- Coaching on how to market and fill your trainings
- Coaching and prep for the TEP exam
