Why A Personalized Intensive?
You've Tried...
Weekly therapy
Talk therapy
Self-help meetings
Retreats
But You're Still...
Stuck
Frustrated
Anxious
Directionless
Instead of spending months – or even years – chipping away at your issues, you can experience deep, and sustainable shifts in a few days.
By having an extended time together (half day – 4 days) our Personalized Intensives can help you go beyond what weekly sessions can do, allowing you to dive deep towards clearing away problems, and stepping into solutions.
Whether you know what is at the root of these challenges or not, and whether you remember your trauma or not, you can still experience deep healing.
By using somatic techniques, your body can experience healing without having to talk about painful memories
An intensive might be right for you if…
- You’re ready to take a deeper dive
- You want to accelerate your healing
- You’re ready to get unstuck
- You’re ready for change
so you can step into your Best Possible Self
What makes our intensives different?
- Creative arts therapies – like Psychodrama and art making – to bypass the thinking brain, and open up new beliefs and behaviors
- Somatic healing methods, like Somatic Experiencing® and Transforming Touch® to help shift the unhealthy, long-held patterns in your system, creating room for greater freedom and joy in your body, mind and spirit
- Role training methods to help you practice and anchor new behaviors and beliefs, so you can have a felt sense of the new you, and experience more sustainable change

FAQ's
What is the cost?
What is a typical schedule?
We typically meet each day from 9:30 am to 4 pm, with short breaks throughout the day, and 90 minutes for lunch. Some days, we may end earlier, so you have more time to integrate (or you may be asked to do some writing or art), and some days, we may go slightly over time.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you plan to take off at least 1 day when you return home, and schedule a session with your weekly therapist, or bodyworker – or both – to help you integrate the work.
Will insurance cover this?
Some insurance plans will reimburse you for a portion of the costs, and we will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please note that if we do provide a superbill, insurance will require that we provide a diagnosis, which we will discuss at the pre-interview. For more information, it’s best to call your insurance company and inquire about benefits.
