Honestly ask yourself:  Do I have a healthy and happy life?  Do I have a consciousness practice?  Would I like/need to learn more about a consciousness practice?

Many recovering people have a hard time with the “God Thing.”  Even for those with years of recovery, connecting with a Power greater than yourself can feel more like a concept than a real relationship.  By using action techniques such as sociometry and psychodrama, you’ll have an opportunity to make your spiritual awareness concered, rather than just exploring it through words, allowing you to deepen your understanding, experience and connection with a Higher Power.

Herb Kaighan will offer teaching on Steps 2 and 3, followed by Jean Campbell facilitating an action exploration of these steps to help improve your conscious contact with a Power greater than yourself.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
ALL are welcome – not just professionals.  Please attend if you are interested in improving your conscious contact, especially if you’re in a 12-Step Fellowship.

FACILITATORS’ BIOS:

Jean Campbell, LCSW, TEP is a Board Certified Trainer and Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, and a Practitioner and Trainer of Psychodramatic Bodywork®. She has worked in the addiction and mental health fields for more than 20 years, focusing on resolving trauma, addiction and codependency issues and offers workshops for individuals, couples and families in her role as Director of Moonlight Workshops. As Director of the Action Institute of California, she is committed to using action to effect change on a body, mind and spiritual level, training professionals, and creating safe spaces for them to do their own healing and transformational work.  As Director of Moonlight Workshops, Jean facilitates healing and personal growth workshops for individuals, couples and families.

Herb Kaighan
