Practitioner Applicant for Trainer (PAT) Consultation Group

This monthly teleconference consultation group will serve as a safe and supportive place for PATs to step into and improve their skills as trainers.

This group will provide:

• A place to practice psychodrama training modules
• Support for the paradigm shift from practitioner to trainer
• Support for creating training group paperwork (informed consent, group guidelines and contract, etc)
• Consultation for trainer-related challenges (assessing appropriateness for training groups, etc)
• Coaching on how to market and fill your trainings
• Coaching for the TEP exam

Each month, a different participant will have the opportunity to present a training module to the group, and then the group and trainer will process the training, so that learning can happen for everyone.  We will focus on what the trainer did well, and then explore moments of difficult and/or a decrease in spontaneity.

$135 per group
Discounted Zelle/Venmo/Check price: $125 per group
Commitment for 3 consecutive groups required to join; closure over 2 groups; no refunds for missed group

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective with the October, 2025 group, we will be meeting for 2 hours (not 1.5 hours) and the fee will be $145 per group ($140 discounted Zelle/Venmo/Check price.)

PROCESS FOR JOINING THIS GROUP

Group members must make commitment for 3 consecutive groups (including financially) to start. Since the dates are available in advance, the expectation is that group members will attend. If there is a cause for absence, refunds will not be issued.

1. Initial Contact re: interest in joining a group
2. Personal meeting or Zoom call with Jean Campbell to assess potential new group member’s experience and appropriateness for joining a group, and to review requirements for joining an ongoing training group
3. With potential new group member’s permission, reveal their name to the current members of the group, to ensure there are no role conflicts
4. If no role conflicts, reveal current group members’ names to potential new group member, to assess if they have any potential role conflicts
5. Complete group contract committing to group guidelines, conditions for joining group, closure policy, and more
6. Make financial commitment for 3 consecutive groups (payment plans are available)
7. Join group on determined starting date
