Actions speak louder than words, and adding experiential techniques to your clinical work can help clients to identify, understand, and resolve internal and external conflicts more efficiently and effectively. By bringing issues to life, and implementing greater somatic awareness and attunement, clients can be helped to better engage in the therapeutic process, deepen affect, and move towards greater life satisfaction through role training new behaviors.
In this one-day virtual workshop – for helping professionals only – practitioners will learn specific experiential techniques, including sociometry and psychodrama, and will have the opportunity to practice new skills, with guidance, so that they can easily apply them in their clinical setting. This group can also serve as a safe and supportive place for professionals to do their own personal healing work.
